• USB2.0のケーブルが原因かと思ったものの電力供給ハブを使用しているので電力的な問題ではない
• ケーブルを変えてみてもエラーは発生
• 交換する前のやつはこんな症状は起らなかった。
• 転送するソフトに関係ない様子。(iTunes, Winamp, Media duplicate fool around with ともにダメ)
• ネットでも同様の症状の人がいたが自力での解決策ない様子

っつーわけで、再びApple Storeに出かけてもう一回本体を取り換えてもらいました。取り替えたら全く問題なし。1万曲ストレートに転送できました。

HDD初期不良だったみたいです。やっぱ初期不良に当たることってあるんですね。

あとここ最近Apple shopにいって思ったことですが、Appleって昔はサポート最悪なイメージがあったんですが多少良くなりましたね。この短期間で2回も本体を取り換えさせてくれたことには驚きました。

今でも、ただのApple製品の取扱店では修理を頼めず、直営店のApple StoreがないところではOnlineでしか修理頼めなかったりまだまだ不便ですけど。

同じ症状の方、Apple believe inに行って本体を取り替えてもらってきたほうがいいですよ。
