Since it was warm out, decided to take a stroll up to the neighbourhood B&R for some ice cream. Had something called Nutcracker Sweet–”Nut ice cream swirled with a sweet caramel ribbon and packed with macadamias, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts and almonds.” Suffice it to say, it was goooooooood. And of course, what’s a pleasant evening stroll without tunes? I couldn’t leave home without it. (Editors note: since the entire walk there and back only lasted the length of nine tunes, that’s all you get tonight, folks. I’m thinking though I gotta get me some more of that ice cream…)

1. Heavy Cloud No Rain–Sting (Ten Summoner’s Tales) [Great album, from start to finish.]
2. Last Train To Clarksville–George Benson (The George Benson Collection) [Yes, it's the song by the Monkees. George released his jazzy take of this bubblegum classic 1968.]
3. Picasso’s Last Words–Paul McCartney (Band on The Run) [Drink to me, drink to my health. Indeed.]
4. Too Much Rain–Paul McCartney (Chaos and Creation in the Backyard) [A Macca twofer. Excellent.]
5. Thief In The Night–The Rolling Stones (Bridges To Babylon) [Love when Keith gets his slow blues groove on.]
6. Get Up Stand Up–Bob Marley (Legend) [Legend is right.]
7. When Your Mind’s Made Up–Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová (Once) [Great movie. Great soundtrack]
8. Another Park, Another Sunday–The Doobie Brothers (Very Best Of) [One of my favourite Doobie Brothers tunes.]
9. Lover Lay Down–Dave Matthews Band (Under The Table & Dreaming) [Beautiful track.]
